It’s finally here! Las Vegas events love to go big and 4th of July is no exception. Fireworks in Las Vegas are one of a kind as up and down the Strip explosions of grandeur light up the sky. If you haven’t had a chance to witness the extravaganza it’s time to enjoy the sights.

On the west side of town as the Valley raises in elevation starting at Decatur you can catch a ringside seat to the fireworks in Las Vegas…and avoid the crowds on Las Vegas Blvd. Be sure to find a safe place to park if driving. If you’re on foot you might want to take a lawn chair and pull up a seat.

Station Casinos Celebrate the 4th of July

Five Station Casinos will be celebrating the 4th with their traditional fireworks festivity. Grucci’s of New York, one of the leading fireworks companies in the world, will be producing the event. Station Casinos caters to the locals and this nine minute show will not let you down.

Las Vegas Motor Speedway—Night of Fire

Las Vegas FireworksJuly 3rd the Bullring at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway will have their annual Night of Fire. Kids and adults alike are sure to enjoy the world renowned Robosaurus. This car crushing, fire-breathing mechanical dinosaur weighs 30 tons and stands 40 feet tall. Not only is its size remarkable but it spews 20 foot flames while destroying any cars that happen to get in its path.

The fireworks spectacular is scheduled to explode around 10:10pm. Utah based Lantis Fireworks will be presenting the magnificent pyrotechnics.

Hills Park Annual 4th of July Celebration

If you are in the Northwest, Hills Park in Centennial Hills is a great family place to have a cookout and watch an impressive fireworks display. Complete with barbecue grills and picnic tables you can settle in with the whole family and enjoy the Independence Day celebration. The evening festivities include a semi-classical concert.

4th of July in Henderson

You don’t have to live in Henderson to enjoy taking advantage of the excitement at Basic High School’s Football Field. The Randy Anderson Band, the Downstrokes, will be entertaining the crowd starting at 7:30pm followed by the fireworks show at 9.

The concessions include hamburgers, hot dogs, and ice cream. No barbecuing is allowed and glass containers and alcohol are not permitted.

The Village at Lake Las Vegas–July 3rd, 2011

Lake Las Vegas will be having their fireworks at 9pm on July 3rd. They will also have face painting and a balloon artist. Before the fireworks begin the Henderson Symphony Orchestra will play at 8pm.
