Bob Beers — Las Vegas City Council Member — Ward 2
If you’ve been in Las Vegas any length of time, you probably know who Bob Beers is. Bob is currently a member of the Las Vegas City Council, representing Ward 2. He was previously in the Nevada State Senate. In 2003 he led a group of legislators to oppose Governor Guinn’s tax hikes. Bob is a Certified Public Accountant and a managing member of Seale and Beers, CPAs.
Bob Beers is a candidate for the US Senate in 2016, running against Harry Reid.
Jeremy Handel — Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority
Jeremy Handel is the Senior Manager of Public Affairs at the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA). He oversees operations and works with the LVCVA public affairs team to provide community outreach regarding the value of tourism to the Las Vegas Valley.
Jeremy has been with the LVCVA in various public relations and public affairs positions since 2005. He moved to Las Vegas in 2003 and is a graduate of Arizona State University with a degree in journalism.
Shad Meshad — Founder of the National Veterans Foundation
As a regular guest on the Las Vegas International Press Club Radio Show, Shad brings us the latest news and information about our country’s veterans. Shad’s tireless work with veterans is well-known throughout the United States.
