Frank Spady
Frank’s career in sales, marketing, and business development began in the mid 1960s with multi-national companies. After proudly serving in the Army, in Korea and Viet Nam, he began working for Hughes Aircraft. He began in production control and soon advanced to being the assistant general manager. This first job after the service provided him with an understanding of manufacturing that later was applied to his sales positions.
Fairchild Semiconductor
Fairchild Semiconductor’s Arizona branch hired Frank as a Sales Manager for their Rocky Mountain Region. His sales surpassed expectations and he achieved $24 million in sales. He was then promoted to Vice President of Marketing. This promotion returned him to California to work in their California headquarters. This division had suffered a two million dollar loss. Frank’s expertise helped make this the most profitable division ($120 million). Soon after, the company was acquired by Schlumberge. His responsibilities then became worldwide.
Valid Logic
Six years later, he became involved in his first start up business. He became the Regional Manager of Valid Logic. He opened branches and staffed them with administrative and technical staff. His quotas were exceeded through the United States and they became number one in the highly competitive business after only two years.
Boeing Computer Services
Boeing Computer Services (a division of Boeing Aircraft) hired Frank as their regional Sales Manager. His responsibilities included selling a CAD product to the government. This extremely successful sales contract transformed into a promotion to the Regional Manager for BCS’s automotive business. He relocated to Michigan to deal directly with the senior executives of the automotive sector. This included Roger Smith, the CEO of Generals Motors and Bob Eaton, CEO of Chrysler. He reported directly to Mike Hallman, President of Boeing. He traveled worldwide and after two years brought to BCS the largest contract in company history—86 million dollars with residuals.
After Boeing Computer Services Frank was recruited by Intergraph Corporation (CAD/CAM) as Director of DOD. As the Director, the company flourished and became number one in three years. This included contract awards that exceeded $1.2 billion dollars. Jim Medlock, the CEO, then recruited Frank to penetrate the graphics industry. He had worldwide responsibilities in the movie and production business.
Evans and Sutherland
After six years Mr. Spady was recruited to become Vice President of sales with Evans and Sutherland introducing their Virtual Reality program, by penetrating ABC, FOX, NBC and various production houses throughout the world – China, Japan, Europe and South America.
Orad Inc.
Orad Inc. a start up virtual reality company then recruited Frank to become Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Within two years he took their product to number one. They now own 80% of the Virtual market place.
Nevada Association of Mortgage Brokers
Frank, soon after, moved to Las Vegas and became involved in the mortgage lending business. He became Executive Director of the Nevada Association of Mortgage Brokers and was instrumental in changing Nevada laws for mortgage brokers.

As a leader in the Las Vegas community Frank was the CEO and President of the CEO-CFO Group. This elite networking group is for C-level executives to learn about issues that affect their businesses. Members and sponsors are from prominent Las Vegas and nationwide firms.
